We are first time home buyers and I was particularly anxious about buying a house and all that went into it. Laura made the process and smooth as possible. Every step of the way she served as a concierge of sorts, explaining what is happening or what to prepare for next. She was helpful in finding us homes that fit our needs to look for and sharing her knowledge with us. She drove ALL OVER CREATION with us, and was so patient with us. In the home stretch when things were stressing me out. She took extra care to talk me through the process and when something out of our control happened she went to bat for us immediately to rectify the situation. 12/10 would reccommend her. She's not only professional and friendly but she's great at what she does and she's a wonderful human being.
